Soldiering On Awards

Andy has been selected as a finalist for the Education, Training & Development category in the Soldiering On Awards.

This is in recognition of the work carried out on behalf of the AFGSN in delivery of the ‘Battling the Odds’ programme, and in particular the ‘Bet You Can Help’ training to serving personnel and the wider veteran community.

Andy is proud to have been selected and recognised for the work that he has carried out over the past 12 months, but none of this would have been possible had it not been for Beacon Counselling Trust and the wider AFGSN being fully behind him and providing the platform and education package for him to deliver.

This award will further enhance the work that we carry out, and highlight the need of gambling harms awareness and prevention work across our Armed Forces Community.
